Does MOQ apply per product or per color?
MOQ is assessed by product. The required quantity is confirmed according to the selected item and customization requirements. Share the product and your planned quantity so we can review the options.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Lead times depend on whether existing tooling can be used unchanged or a new or modified mold is needed, as well as sample approval and order details. We confirm the schedule after reviewing your requirements. Mold revisions or additional sample rounds may affect timing.
How are mold costs and ownership agreed?
Mold costs are evaluated from the final approved drawings and tooling requirements. Fully customer-funded private molds belong to the customer and are not used for other customers. Shared-tooling arrangements and tooling-cost rebates can also be discussed, with any market exclusivity and rebate terms agreed in writing for the project.
Can you support FDA-compliant and LFGB silicone requirements?
Standard stock uses FDA-compliant silicone; LFGB options are available on request. Tell us the product, intended use and destination market so the applicable material, testing scope and available documentation can be reviewed for your order.
Can you customize colors, logos and packaging?
